What is two-step authentication?
2FA (two-factor authentication) adds an additional layer of security.
After entering your username and password, you enter a temporary code that is generated on your phone in an app (such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy).
Log in to your email account
Open your browser and go to the login page for your email web interface. This is usually webmail.yourdomain.yourdomainzone (webmail.yourdomain.yourdomainzone)
Go to settings
On the left side of the screen, click on the gear
Open the Two-factor Auth tab (or Two-factor Authentication)
In the menu on the left, find the Two-factor Auth item.
Click the "Activate" button.
A QR code will appear.
Open the app on your phone
Install one of the following apps if you don't already have it:
Google Authenticator (Android)
Google Authenticator (iOS)
Authy
Microsoft Authenticator
Open the app and add a new account by scanning the QR code on the screen.
6. Verification
Enter the 6-digit code
