- Termination of the domain, placement of the registrar's advertising page on it.
- Grace period (lasts 30 days from the date of expiration of the registration period): during this period, the domain is not available for free registration. The former owner still has the opportunity to extend the period at a standard cost.
- Redemption period (from 30 to 65 days from the date of expiration of the registration period): removing the domain from the registrar's database and transferring it to the central domain database. The domain is still not available for free registration. The registrar charges a one-time fee for renewal by the former owner + the cost for a standard extension service.
- After the Redemption period expires, the domain is released for public registration. Depending on the domain zone, the Registrar has the right to register it in his name and put it up for auction.
