- When installing the OS on a VPS from an image downloaded to the control panel, hard drives are not detected.
Why does this happen and how to install the OS?

VPS uses virtual disks rather than physical ones.
To use them, you must have drivers in the installation image.
Popular Linux distributions already contain the VirtIO driver used.

Microsoft images do not contain them, so we recommend that you use the OS templates available in the panel, or include the VirtIO driver in your image (by mounting the _virtio_win.iso image).
